About this place

This loft opens up slowly as the day does: first the skylights, then the kitchen, then the row of windows facing a quiet side street in the Annex. It is set up for guests who want a city stay that feels airy, calm, and a little more intentional than a standard apartment rental.

Maya designed the space with long mornings in mind. There is a proper table for lingering breakfasts, a desk that works for full remote-work days, and a kitchen stocked well enough to actually cook dinner before heading out for wine bars, bookstores, or a late film screening.

The light in the mornings is unreal, and Maya left a neighborhood guide with actually useful food picks.
